How to take Fe Effervescent Tablets properly?
1. Dosage
Dissolve and take: Put the effervescent tablet in an appropriate amount of warm water (about 100-200ml), and drink it after it is completely dissolved.
Avoid swallowing directly: Do not swallow or chew directly, and it needs to be completely dissolved to reduce gastrointestinal irritation.
2. Time of taking
Take after meals: It is recommended to take it 30 minutes after meals to reduce stomach discomfort (such as nausea, abdominal pain).
Fixed time: Take it at a fixed time every day (such as after breakfast) to avoid missing a dose.
3. Dosage and course of treatment
Adults: Usually 1-2 tablets per day, and adjust according to the doctor's advice.
Children: The dosage needs to be adjusted according to age or weight, generally halved or as directed by the doctor.
Course of treatment: Iron deficiency anemia needs to be taken continuously for 2-3 months, and iron supplementation should be continued for 4-6 weeks after hemoglobin returns to normal.
4. Contraindications
Avoid taking with specific foods/drugs:
Avoid tea, coffee, milk, and soy milk (affect iron absorption).
Avoid taking with antacids (such as aluminum hydroxide) and tetracycline antibiotics.
Promote absorption: Vitamin C (such as orange juice) can be used to enhance iron absorption.
5. Precautions
Adverse reactions: Black stools (normal), constipation, or mild gastrointestinal discomfort may occur, which can be relieved by increasing dietary fiber intake.
Contraindications: It is forbidden for people with hemochromatosis and iron overload; it should be used with caution in patients with hepatitis and ulcers.

People with iron allergy
People who are allergic to iron or other ingredients in effervescent tablets may experience allergic reactions such as rash and difficulty breathing.
People with severe liver and kidney dysfunction
Iron needs to be metabolized by the liver and excreted by the kidneys. People with severe liver and kidney dysfunction may suffer from iron accumulation poisoning due to metabolic disorders.
Patients with specific digestive tract diseases
For example, patients with active gastric ulcers, enteritis or ulcerative colitis, iron supplements may irritate the mucosa and aggravate symptoms.
People with hemochromatosis or iron overload

Pregnant and lactating women
