Production methodprocess of N,N-Dimethylacetamide liquid

Acetic anhydride dimethylamine and acetic anhydride were acylated at 0-20℃, and then acetic acid was neutralized with liquid alkali at low temperature to separate sodium acetate. The neutralized solution was then alkaline washed and distilled, and n-dimethylacetamide liquid was divided into N (N-dimethylacetamide liquid) at 164-166.5℃.
