Minoxidized CAS 38304-91-5 was oxidized with perbenzoic acid to obtain 4-chloro-2, 6-diaminopyrimidine (C4H5CIN4O) by cyclization and chlorination of methyl cyanoacetate, followed by 6-amino-1, 2-dihydro-1-hydroxy-2-imino4-chloropyrimidine (C4H5CIN4O), and finally by condensation with hexahydropyridine.
