Production methodprocess of Repaglinide powder

Compound (Ⅰ) was converted into n-acetyl derivatives, and then separated into (S) type optical isomers by salt formation with L-glutamic acid, then reacted with compound (Ⅱ) to form amide (Ⅲ), and then hydrolyzed to Repaglinide powder.
