Lenalidomide powder, a ligand of the ubiquitin E3 ligase cereblon (CRBN), selectively ubiquitinates and degrades two lymphoid transcription factors IKZF1 and IKZF3 via the CRBN-CRL4 ubiquitin ligase. Lenalidomide, a derivative of Thalidomide, is also an orally active immunomodulator that acts as a molecular gel.

• Lenalidomide powder has multiple effects such as anti-tumor, immunomodulatory and anti-angiogenesis. It can inhibit the secretion of proinflammatory cytokines and increase the secretion of anti-inflammatory cytokines in peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
