Production methodprocess of Ethyl cyanoformate Liquid

The synthesis steps of Ethyl cyanoformate Liquid are as follows:

• S1: Clean the reaction kettle, add 100KGS-1500 aromatic solvent in the reaction kettle;
• S2: Add 695KG ethyl chloroformate and 175KG hydrocyanic acid in the drop kettle;
• S3, add 30KG triethylamine catalyst and 20KG pure water to the reaction kettle, start the reaction kettle to stir and mix for 15 minutes and then stop the reaction kettle;
• S4, reduce the temperature in the reaction kettle to 2°C and then start the reaction kettle, add ethyl chloroformate and hydrocyanic acid dropwise under low-speed stirring, and control the rate of dropwise acceleration so that the dropwise addition is completed within 2 hours;
• S5, continue stirring for 30 minutes after the dropwise addition is completed to obtain a crude product of ethyl cyanocarbonate, then transfer the crude product of cyanocarbonate to a distillation tower to carry out atmospheric pressure distillation of the crude product of cyanocarbonate, remove the fraction before 90 ℃, and obtain a colourless fuming fraction at 115-116 ℃, which is a pure product of ethyl cyanocarbonate;
• S6, after the raw material is separated from ethyl cyanocarbonate by cyanidation reaction and distillation, it is then washed by sodium hydroxide in split phase to recover the catalyst.
