Production methodprocess of Dibutyl phthalate liquid

The esterification reaction was carried out under atmospheric pressure with phthalic anhydride and n-butanol as raw materials and sulfuric acid as catalyst. After the reaction was completed, the Dibutyl phthalate liquid was neutralized with lye and washed with water, and then dealcoholized and pressed filtered to obtain dibutyl phthalate liquid.
