Production methodprocess of sodium hexametaphosphate powder
Food grade products are usually produced by the sodium dihydrogen phosphate method. Use soda ash to neutralize phosphoric acid, control Ph value between 4.0 and 4.4, that is, sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution; this solution is sent to the polymerization furnace, heated at 700 ℃ and dehydrated for 15-30min, that is, molten sodium hexametaphosphate; and then add water to sharply cooled tablets, crushed that is, sodium hexametaphosphate Raw Materials.
Phosphorus pentoxide method will be oxidized by burning yellow phosphorus in dry air flow, cooling and phosphorus pentoxide and soda ash according to a certain proportion (Na2O: P2O5 = 1 ~ 1.1) mixed. The mixed powder is indirectly heated in a graphite crucible to make it dehydrated and melted, and the generated sodium hexametaphosphate melt is quenched and pulverized to produce industrial sodium hexametaphosphate powder.
