Adjustments for special populations
People with severe absorption disorders (e.g. gastrectomy, atrophic gastritis): prefer sublingual tablets or intramuscular injection dosage, if using softgel capsules should be taken with meals in order to enhance the absorption rate;

The best time to take
30-60 minutes after meals: take with food to extend intestinal absorption time, improve bioavailability (especially fat-soluble softgels need to fat-assisted absorption);
