Uses and synthesis of Cholesterol powder

Cholesterol powder, also known as cholesterol powder, a derivative of cyclopentanopolyhydrophenanthrene, is an important component of various membrane phase structures of human cells and nerve myelin. Cholesterol powder is widely present in animals, especially in brain and nervous tissue, with high levels in kidney, spleen, skin, liver and bile. The solubility of Cholesterol is similar to that of fat, insoluble in water and soluble in solvents such as ether and chloroform. Cholesterol plays an important role in living organisms, being one of the components of cell membranes, as well as a precursor to anabolic hormones, bile acids and vitamin D. Cholesterol powder is particularly important for human health, but consuming too much may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.

  2. Cholesterol can also be used in brain-cholesterol flocculation tests. Cholesterol is the main component of biofilms, and about 25% of total cephalin is cholesterol.
  3. Artificial bezoar and hormone drugs can also be used as emulsifier. Chemical raw materials, surfactants, cosmetic raw materials.
