Physicochemical Property of Dipotassium Phosphate powder

Colorless translucent crystal or white crystalline powder, odorless. Soluble in water (6.3g/lOOmL), insoluble in ethanol. It is hygroscopic, and the pH value of 1% aqueous solution is about 9.0.
