Graphene Powder Raw Material
Product Overview:
Graphene Powder, also known as "monolayer graphite flakes", and Graphene Oxide Powder are already present in nature, Graphite Electrode is the only two-dimensional free-form atomic crystal found to exist, and is the basic structural unit for the construction of zero-dimensional fullerenes, one-dimensional carbon nanotubes, and three-dimensional graphite. The chemical properties of graphene are similar to those of graphite, and graphene can adsorb and desorb various atoms and molecules.

Graphene Powder Raw Material Details
Graphene Usage and Synthesis:
Graphene is already present in nature, but it is difficult to peel off a single layer structure. Graphene is a layer of graphite, and a 1 mm thick graphite contains about 3 million layers of graphene. A light scratch of a pencil on a piece of paper can leave a trace of several layers or even just one layer of graphene. Graphene is commonly produced in powder by mechanical exfoliation, redox, and SiC epitaxial growth, and in thin film by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Before the discovery of graphene, most physicists believed that thermodynamic upheaval did not allow any two-dimensional crystals to exist at finite temperatures. Therefore, its discovery immediately shook the academic community of condensed matter physics.
Pharmacokinetics of Graphene:
Graphene is one of the strongest known materials and is also very ductile and bendable, with a theoretical Young's modulus of 1.0 TPa and an intrinsic tensile strength of 130 GPa. Reduced graphene modified with hydrogen plasma also has very good strength, with an average modulus as large as 0.25 TPa. The carrier mobility of graphene at room temperature is about 15,000 cm/(V-s), a value that is more than 10 times that of silicon and more than twice that of indium antimonide (InSb), the substance with the highest known carrier mobility. Graphite paper composed of graphene flakes has many holes, making it brittle. However, functionalized graphene obtained by oxidation, and graphite paper made from functionalized graphene is exceptionally strong and tough.
Clinical Application of Graphene:
Graphene is of special interest for fundamental research in physics, allowing quantum effects that were previously only theoretically demonstrated to be experimentally verified. Graphene can be made into chemical sensors, a process that is accomplished mainly through the surface adsorption properties of graphene, and the sensitivity of graphene chemical detectors can be compared to the limits of single molecule detection. Graphene can also be used to make transistors, which remain stable at scales close to that of a single atom due to the high stability of the graphene structure. New energy batteries are also one of the first major areas where graphene was commercially available. Graphene has the advantages of light mass, high chemical stability and high specific surface area, making it a perfect candidate for hydrogen storage materials.
