Production methodprocess of Salicylamide powder
In 1000 litres of stainless steel reactor, add 150 kg of methyl salicylate, 420 kg of toluene, heated to 40 ~ 45 ℃, continuous ammonia through the ammonia reaction, the reaction temperature is controlled at 40 ~ 45 ℃, the reaction pressure is controlled at 0.25 ~ 0.35 MPa, the ammonia reaction is stopped after 5 hours of ammonia through the ammonia.
