Sulfadimethoxine sodium salt powder is a new generation of long-acting sulfonamides and ranks first among sulfonamides in terms of antibacterial effect. It has dual pharmacological effects, both antibacterial and antiseptic. Sulfadimethoxine sodium salt was sensitive to gram-positive bacteria (streptococcus, pneumococcus, staphylococcus) and some negative bacteria (Salmonella, Pasteurella, Brucella, actinobacillus) and spironema dysenteriae. It is sensitive to chicken white crown, coccidia and toxoplasma. Sulfadimethoxine sodium salt can promote the growth of laying hens and increase the feed conversion rate.
