- Fosfomycin Sodium powder is used for drinking water of livestock and poultry: 5-10 grams of fosfomycin sodium powder is added to 100kg of water twice a day for 3 days. For livestock and poultry mix: Add 10-15 grams of this product to every 100kg of feed, 2 times a day for 3 days.
