Diphenyl(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphine oxide powder is mainly used for UV-curable coatings, printing inks, UV-curable adhesives, optical fiber coatings, etc. Diphenyl(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphine oxide is a highly effective photoinitiator of the radical (1) type that is absorbent over a long wavelength range.

Due to its wide absorption range, its effective absorption peak is 350 ~ 400nm, and it has been absorbed to about 420nm, its absorption peak is longer than the conventional initiator, and two free radicals can be generated after light, which can cause polymerization, so the light curing speed is fast.
