  1. Raw material: ethylene oxide, n-butanol, phenol, butanol, methanol, copper sulfate, potassium hydroxide, caustic soda, benzene monochloride, ethanol production method: from ethylene oxide n-butanol addition. First add butanol in boron trifluoride an ether complex, at 25 ~ 30 ℃ through the ethylene oxide, automatic heating to 80 ℃ or so, that is the completion of the addition reaction. The reaction product was neutralized and distilled to crude product after recovering butanol, and then fractionated to obtain 2-Butoxyethanol CAS 111-76-2.
  2. 2-Butoxyethanol Liquid was obtained by the addition of ethylene oxide to n-butanol. n-Butanol was added to the ether solution of boron trifluoride at 20°C, and ethylene oxide was passed in under stirring. The temperature was automatically increased as the reaction proceeded and left for three days after the temperature had dropped. The crude product was obtained by neutralization with potassium hydroxide methanol solution to pH=8. Add a little p-aminophenol to the crude product and then carry out fractional distillation, fractionation 166-170 ℃ fractions, that is, the finished product. Industrial production can be used in high temperature and high pressure (reaction temperature 180-250 ℃, pressure of 2.1-4.6MPa) under the non-catalytic reaction method, the reaction of 6h. can also be used in the alkali catalyst at nearly atmospheric pressure and lower temperature.
