Sunitinib powder, also known as Sunitinib malate or Sutan, is a multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor that acts on multiple targets such as PDGFRα, PDGFRβ, VEGFR1, and RET, inhibiting the dysregulation of RTKs expression in tumor cells and anti-tumor angiogenesis. Sunitinib is indicated for patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors that are resistant to or have progressed after treatment with imatinib, or for the treatment of renal cell carcinoma.
