Applications / Functions of Sucralose powder
Sucralose Raw Materials is used as the upstream raw material of food sweeteners: Sucrose, to synthesise sweeteners, to activate T1R2/T1R3 sweet taste receptors on enteroendocrine cells (enteroendocrinecells), and to induce the secretion of glucagons-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and glucose-dependent insulinotrophic peptides (peptides).
Sucralose Raw Materials is a newly approved sweetener for use in China. It can be used in sauces, compound seasonings, prepared wines, beverages, ice cream, popsicles, pastries, canned fruits, biscuits and breads at a maximum dosage of 2.5g/kg; in candied fruit and modified chewing gum at a maximum dosage of 1.5g/kg; and as a tabletop sweetener at a maximum dosage of 0.05g/packet or slice.
