Production methodprocess of Sodium L-aspartate powder
Mix fumaric acid, sodium hydroxide and ammonia with the molar concentration ratio of 1:1:1~1:2:2, and make a substrate solution of pH8.0~pH9.0, and then introduce the fermentation broth containing aspartic enzyme into this substrate solution, and the volume ratio of the substrate solution to the fermentation broth is 16∶1~16∶3, and the reaction will be carried out under atmospheric pressure and at a temperature of 37℃~40℃ for 12~20 hours, and then it can be separated to obtain Sodium L-aspartate powder. Sodium L-aspartate CAS 5598-53-8 was obtained by separation.
