Pectinase powder is produced by fermentation of Aspergillus niger. Pectinase powder is a light yellow powder and is known as one of the four major enzyme preparations. In fact, Pectinase CAS 9032-75-1 does not refer to a particular enzyme, but is a general term for a group of enzymes that break down pectin, including galacturonase, pectinolytic enzyme and pectin lipase.

Cellulase is white or grey-brown powder and brown water. pH range: pH2.5-7.5, optimum pH 4.8.
Temperature range: 30-80℃, the most suitable temperature is 50℃.

Cultivated in solid medium containing soybean meal, sucrose, apple pomace, etc.; then extracted with water, precipitated by organic solvent, then separated, dried and crushed to obtain Pectinase Raw Materials.
