Stearic acid, glycerol and sodium hydroxide were added into the reaction pot, heated and melted with stirring on, and nitrogen gas was introduced. Heat and react at 185℃ for 7h, pH should be less than 5 at the end of the reaction.Cool down and discharge the material to get Glyceryl monostearate powder.
