Production methodprocess of Nickel(II) nitrate hexahydrate powder

Put 64kg nickel into the reactor, add a certain amount of water, and drop 188kg of concentrated nitric acid under agitation. After dripping, it slowly heats up and reacts to no gas release under heating. Stop reacting. Add nickel phosphate to adjust pH value to about 5 ~ 6.
