Dinitolmide powder is a nitrobenzamide compound, which is an anticoccidial drug with both preventive and therapeutic effects. It is effective against many kinds of Eimeria in chicken, especially against toxic Eimeria and tender Eimeria. Dinitolmide white or yellowish-brown powder, odorless, bitter taste. Melting point 181℃. Soluble in acetone, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in water. Dinitolmide powder mainly acts on the first generation of schizozoites, and also has inhibitory effect on the sporozoite formation of oocysts. Recently, it has been suggested that Dinitolmide powder, when used continuously for 6 days, only shows inhibitory effect on coccidides, and if used for a long time, it is a coccidide.
