Levamisole hydrochloride powder is the levamisole of tetraimidazole, the activity is about 1-2 times that of tetraimidazole (racemic), but the toxicity is low. Soluble in water, methanol, ethanol and glycerol, slightly soluble in chloroform, ether; Insoluble in acetone.
