Uses and synthesis of Amprolium Hydrochloride powder

Amprolium Hydrochloride powder is white or near-white powder; Odorless or almost odorless. This product is easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, very slightly soluble in ether, and insoluble in chloroform. Aminoproline can competitively inhibit the uptake of thiamine by coccidia, thus inhibiting the development of coccidia. Amprolium Hydrochloride is mainly used for the control of coccidia in chickens, but is prohibited for laying hens, and can also be used in mink, cattle, and sheep. Taking the intermediate of vitamin B1 production as raw material, after cyclization, water unrings, and then diazotization, the amino group is converted into hydroxyl group, and Amprolium Hydrochloride is prepared by condensation reaction.

1. Anti-coccidiosis drug, good effect, less residual, can prevent and treat chicken coccidiosis, and can promote growth. For chicken feed, the dosage is 62.5-125g/t.
2. Amprolium Hydrochloride powder is used as an anticoccidial agent and is effective against Eimeria chicken, Eimeria tender and pile, lamb and calf coccidia
