- (6) Cation resin separation: the material liquid after microfiltration is adsorbed on sulfonic acid group cation resin in acidic environment, so that GSH is adsorbed, and then resolved with sodium chloride or hydrochloric acid solution to obtain GSH-rich liquid;
- (7) Adsorption resin separation: the GSH-rich liquid after separation and purification by cation exchange resin is adsorbed again on styrene-based weakly polar macroporous adsorption resin, and then eluted with pure water to obtain GSH liquid with high purity;
- (8) Decompression concentration: Concentrate the GSH solution under vacuum of -0.07~-0.098Mpa and temperature of 55~65°C under decompression, so as to achieve a GSH content of more than 400mg/ml;
- (9) Crystallization: Add isopropyl alcohol or ethanol to the glutathione concentrate to make the organic solvent content reach 60%~80%, adjust the pH value to 2.90~3.0, and crystallize at 0~4°C;
- (10) Wash the crystals: wash the crystals with acetone solution with a concentration of 70% to 90% by volume;
