Factory Supply L-Carnosine Powder CAS 305-84-0 Raw Materials
Product Overview:
L-Carnosine Powder is a dipeptide (two amino acids) often found in organs and tissues such as the brain, heart, skin, muscles, kidneys, and gastric system.L-Carnosine CAS 305-84-0 activates cells in the body and fights against aging through two mechanisms: it inhibits glycation and it protects our cells from free radicals, which cause uncontrolled cross-linking of sugar molecules and proteins (sugar molecules stick to proteins), loss of cellular function, and loss of genetic integrity, which accelerates aging. L-Carnosine Powder also stabilizes cell membranes and reduces lipid peroxidation in the brain, thus preventing neurological and brain degeneration.
L-Carnosine Raw Materials has a strong antioxidant capacity and is beneficial to the human body.L-Carnosine Raw Materials has been shown to scavenge reactive oxygen radicals (ROS) and alpha-beta unsaturated aldehydes formed during oxidative stress by over-oxidation of fatty acids in cell membranes.

Uses and synthesis of L-Carnosine Powder
L-Carnosine Powder is a dipeptide (two amino acids) often found in organs and tissues such as the brain, heart, skin, muscles, kidneys, and gastric system.L-Carnosine CAS 305-84-0 activates cells in the body and fights against aging through two mechanisms: it inhibits glycation and it protects our cells from free radicals, which cause uncontrolled cross-linking of sugar molecules and proteins (sugar molecules stick to proteins), loss of cell function and gene combinations. L-Carnosine Powder also stabilizes cell membranes and reduces lipid peroxidation in the brain, thus preventing neurological and brain degeneration.
L-Carnosine Raw Materials Scientific Name Beta-Alanyl-L-Histidine, is made is a dipeptide composed of two amino acids, beta-alanine and L-histidine, crystalline solid. Muscle and brain tissues contain high concentrations of carnosine.L-Carnosine CAS 305-84-0 was discovered along with carnitine by the Russian chemist Gourevitch. Studies in the UK, Korea, Russia and other countries have shown that L-Carnosine Powder has strong antioxidant properties and is beneficial to the human body. Carnosine has been shown to scavenge reactive oxygen radicals (ROS) and α-β unsaturated aldehydes formed during oxidative stress by over-oxidation of fatty acids in cell membranes.
Applications / Functions of L-Carnosine Powder
- L-Carnosine Powder is a naturally occurring histidine-containing compound, and the biological role of this dipeptide is to act as a cytosolic buffer.Other roles of L-Carnosine Raw Materials include acting as a neurotransmitter, modulation of enzyme activity, and chelation of heavy metals.
- L-Carnosine Raw Materials can be used as a cellular antioxidant to maintain the pH balance of the body and extend cellular life.
- L-Carnosine CAS 305-84-0 has potential antioxidant and anti-glycosylation activity; blocks acetaldehyde-induced non-enzymatic glycosylation and protein coupling.L-Carnosine CAS 305-84-0 is also a substrate for the myrosinase assay, which maintains body pH homeostasis and prolongs cellular life.
- L-Carnosine Powder is a dipeptide with strong antioxidant and anti-glycation activity; blocks non-enzymatic glycosylation and protein cross-linking induced by reactive aldehydes.
L-Carnosine Powder properties and stability
L-Carnosine Raw Materials is a white powder.
Production method of L-Carnosine Powder
A) Preparation of hydrazinolysis reaction solution, in a 1000 ml four-necked reaction flask, 50 g (0.14 mol) of phthaloyl-L-creatinine as an intermediate, 200 ml of water, hydrazine hydrate (80% concentration by mass) 10.8 g (0.17 mol), heated to reflux reaction for 1.0 h, and then add acetic acid to adjust the pH of the material to 1.0 h. The reaction solution was then heated to reflux reaction. Add acetic acid to adjust the pH of the material to 5.5, filter to remove by-products, to get hydrazine solution; B) Preparation of L-Carnosine Raw Materials, to the hydrazolysis reaction solution obtained in step A), add 100 ml of dichloromethane and benzaldehyde 9.6 g (0.09 mol), stirring at room temperature for 12h, the material was static layered, separated from the dichloromethane layer, the aqueous layer was washed twice with 50 ml of dichloromethane, then add 3 g of activated carbon and 25 ml of ammonia (18%), and then add the activated carbon and 25 ml of ammonia (18%) at 60 ℃, and then add the activated carbon and 25 ml of ammonia (18%). After the aqueous layer was washed twice with 50ml of dichloromethane, 3g of activated carbon and 25ml of ammonia (18%) were added, the product was decolorized at 60℃ for 0.5h, filtered to remove the activated carbon, and the decolorized solution was concentrated in vacuum until a solid was precipitated, 300ml of methanol was added to crystallize, and filtered after stirring for 2.0h, and the filter cake was dried at 100℃ for 6h to obtain 28.6g of L-myosin product.
