N-Cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolesulfenamide powder is prepared by reacting the accelerator M (2-thiolbenzothiazole) with cyclohexylamine. The accelerant M was mixed with cyclohexylamine aqueous solution, and the coarse product was oxidized with sodium hypochlorite under stirring. The solid material was separated, washed with water until neutral, and the finished product was dried below 75℃.
