Production methodprocess of Sodium polyacrylate powder

Add deionised water and 34kg of chain transfer agent isopropanol into the reaction kettle in turn, and heat to 80-82℃. Dropwise add 14kg ammonium persulfate and 170kg aqueous solution of monomer acrylic acid (deionised water). After dropping, react for 3 h. Cool to 40°C, add 30% NaOH aqueous solution, neutralise to pH 8.0-9.0 and evaporate the isopropanol and water to obtain liquid product. Spray dry to get Sodium polyacrylate powder .
