Production methodprocess of Tetraethylammonium bromide powder
In a 250 mL three-necked flask equipped with a reflux condenser and stirrer, add 7 mL (5 g, 0.05 mol) of triethylamine and 4 mL (5.5 g, 0.05 mol) of ethyl bromide and 20 mL of 1,2-dichloroethane or benzene. The reaction solution was heated at reflux for 1.5-2 h. After cooling the reaction solution, crystals were precipitated, filtered, washed twice with a small amount of 1,2-dichloroethane or benzene, dried, and stored in a bailer.
