Production methodprocess of Delta Gluconolactone powder

The raw material calcium gluconate is first hydrolysed with sulphuric acid to obtain gluconic acid solution. After filtration to remove calcium sulfate precipitation, then barium hydroxide and oxalic acid to refine the solution, and sedimentation and separation to remove SO42- and Ca2+ in the solution.

The gluconic acid solution is then further purified by ion exchange resin. The solution was concentrated to 80%-85% concentration, and the gluconic acid-δ-lactone crystal seed was added, continued to be concentrated and crystallised, and Delta Gluconolactone powder was obtained by centrifugal separation, washing and drying .
