Organic Intermediate gastrodin raw Powder Details
Description of gastrodin powder.
Global ASAP Nutrition Factory Gastrodin is a natural product containing traditional Chinese medicine ingredients.
high quality Gastrodin has a variety of pharmacological effects, such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, analgesic, helps improve sleep quality, has a protective effect on brain tissue, is used as a health food additive, is used as a pharmaceutical raw material, and is used as a cosmetic additive.
Pharmacological Action of gastrodin powder.
1. Effect on blood pressure: Endothelin (ET), endothelial-derived vasodilator factor and nitric oxide (NO) secreted by vascular endothelial cells are all related to the onset of hypertension.
The constant release of ET maintains the balance of vasoconstriction. When blood pressure rises, vascular endothelial cells are damaged, regenerated, and produce a large amount of ET, causing corresponding clinical and pathological changes in hypertensive patients. When the vascular endothelium of hypertension is damaged, angiotensin II in the circulation increases, superoxidase is produced to inactivate NO, and NO content is reduced, which indirectly causes vasoconstriction and endothelial function to decline, indicating that ET and NO are jointly involved in the occurrence and development of hypertension, and ET synthesis and release are further increased, while NO is reduced, which further aggravates the condition of hypertension.
2. Antiplatelet effect: The platelet aggregation rate was determined by turbidimetry. The results showed that Gastrodia elata extract could inhibit adenosine diphosphate (ADP)-induced platelet aggregation in rabbit in vitro, rat semi-ex vivo and mouse in vivo platelet aggregation tests; in in vitro tests, Gastrodia elata extract G2 could also inhibit platelet aggregation induced by platelet activating factor (PAF).
Function of gastrodin.
1. Treatment of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency: Vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency is a common disease in internal medicine, with paroxysmal vertigo as the main symptom, which seriously affects the patient's work and life.
2. Treatment of vertigo: Vertigo is a symptom of dizziness and vertigo in patients, manifested as body stability disorder, visual rotation, nystagmus, pale complexion, nausea and vomiting. Gastrodia elata and gastrodin have the effect of lowering blood pressure, reducing peripheral resistance, dilating arterioles and capillaries, and increasing microcirculatory blood flow.
Gastrodin can restore the imbalance between the excitation and inhibition processes of the cerebral cortex, and has central inhibitory effects such as sedation, tranquilization and analgesia. Gastrodin can improve brain blood circulation, and at the same time adjust the neurological dysfunction of the nervous system to control the production of vasoactive substances and pain, achieving analgesic effects.
Extraction method of gastrodin.
(1) Gastrodia elata is crushed and percolated with a water-alcohol mixed solvent under ultrasonication to obtain a percolate;
(2) The percolate is loaded onto a chromatographic column and eluted with a methanol solution to collect the gastrodin eluate;
(3) The eluate obtained in (2) is loaded onto a macroporous resin chromatographic column and eluted with an alcohol-ester mixed solvent to collect the gastrodin eluate;
(4) The eluate obtained in (3) is rotary evaporated, concentrated, and dried to obtain a gastrodin extract.
